The solar wing unfolding hinge comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod and a fourth connecting rod which meet the constraint relation, and all the connecting rods are connected with one another to form a closed quadrangle. An elastic component is arranged between the joint of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod and the joint of the third connecting rod and the fourth connecting rod, and in the hinge unfolding process, the solar wing is driven to be stably unfolded by converting the pulling force of the elastic component into hinge output force which changes in a nonlinear mode. On the basis of the nonlinear relation between hinge output force and elastic component displacement, parameters of a four-bar mechanism are designed and adjusted, then hinge output force is controlled, and hinges at different stages of a hinge output force-displacement curve are used at different parts of the multi-fold solar wing, so that the effect of controlling the unfolding sequence of the multi-fold solar wing is achieved. The impact force at the beginning and the end of the solar wing unfolding is small, the defect that an existing solar wing unfolding hinge is uncontrollable in the unfolding process is overcome, and the solar wing collision risk is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种基于四杆机构的太阳翼展开铰链和太阳翼,铰链包括满足约束关系的第一连杆、第二连杆、第三连杆和第四连杆,各连杆互相连接形成闭合四边形,在第一和第二连杆的连接处与第三和第四连杆的连接处之间设置有弹性部件,在铰链展开过程中,通过将弹性部件的拉力转换为非线性变化的铰链输出力,驱动太阳翼稳定展开;基于铰链输出力和弹性部件位移的非线性关系,设计调整四杆机构的参数,进而控制铰链输出力,并且通过在多折太阳翼的不同部位,使用处于铰链输出力‑位移曲线上不同阶段的铰链,实现控制多折太阳翼的展开顺序的效果。本发明在太阳翼展开始末冲击力小,克服了现有太阳翼展开铰链展开过程不可控的缺点,避免太阳翼碰撞风险。
