The invention relates to the field of spaceflight product mechanism design, in particular to a rope-driven flexible solar wing unfolding mechanism which comprises a root base plate, an end base plate, a middle flexible base plate set, a root support, an end support, a winch driving piece, a linkage rope and a shear fork rod structure. A middle flexible substrate group is arranged between the root part substrate and the end part substrate; the root support is installed on the root base plate through a hinge. The end support is installed on the end base plate through a hinge. The scissor fork rod structure is connected with the root support and the end support. The winding driving piece winds the linkage rope, the shear fork rod structure is driven by the tensioning force of the linkage rope so that the shear fork rod structure can extend, and the shear fork rod structure extends to drive the foldable body to be unfolded. According to the flexible solar wing unfolding mechanism driven by the rope, the advantages that the surface area is large when the flexible solar wing is unfolded and the size is small when the flexible solar wing is folded and pressed are reflected, and the flexible solar wing unfolding mechanism has the advantages of being reliable in on-orbit unfolding, stable in movement process and uniform in stress of a whole transmission chain.

    本发明涉及航天产品机构设计领域,具体地说是一种绳索驱动的柔性太阳翼展开机构,包括根部基板、端部基板、中间柔性基板组、根部支架、端部支架、卷扬驱动件、联动绳及剪叉杆结构。根部基板与端部基板之间设有中间柔性基板组;根部支架通过铰链安装于根部基板上;端部支架通过铰链安装于端部基板上;剪叉杆结构分别与根部支架及端部支架连接;卷扬驱动件通过收卷联动绳,由联动绳张紧力带动剪叉杆结构而使剪叉杆结构伸长,剪叉杆结构伸长带动可折叠主体展开。本发明通过设计一种采用绳索驱动的柔性太阳翼展开机构,体现了柔性太阳翼在展开时表面积大、收拢压紧时体积小的优势,且具有在轨展开可靠、运动过程平稳、整个传动链受力均匀的特点。
