The invention provides a pure electric bus motor braking system and a control method, device and medium thereof, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicles, the pure electric bus motor braking system comprises a power battery, and the power battery provides high voltage for a motor controller, a battery heater PTC, a battery water cooling unit and electric accessories through a high-voltage power distribution unit; and the vehicle control unit VCU controls the whole vehicle to communicate. According to the method, the whole vehicle signal is obtained in real time, whether the lower long slope starting condition is met or not is judged, if yes, a battery heater PTC and a battery water cooling unit are controlled to be started to work, and on the premise that the current of the battery is smaller than the allowable maximum charging current, the braking torque corresponding to the current maximum return current of a motor system is taken as the limit, and the battery water cooling unit is started to work. And brake energy recovery of the motor system is executed, and a required brake torque instruction is calculated and sent to the motor controller for execution. A braking resistor does not need to be additionally arranged, energy is recycled to the maximum extent through an original battery heater PTC and a water chilling unit, and the electric braking requirement is met.

    本发明提供一种纯电动客车电机制动系统及其控制方法、装置和介质,涉及电动车技术领域,包括动力电池,动力电池通过高压配电单元分别给电机控制器、电池加热器PTC、电池水冷机组以及电附件提供高压;整车控制器VCU控制整车进行通信。本发明通过实时获取整车信号,并判断是否满足下长坡开启条件,满足则控制开启电池加热器PTC与电池水冷机组进行工作,并以当前电机系统最大回电电流对应的制动扭矩为限,在电池电流小于允许的最大充电电流的前提下,执行电机系统的制动能量回收,并计算出所需的制动扭矩指令,发给电机控制器执行。本发明不用额外增加制动电阻器,通过原有的电池加热器PTC和水冷机组,最大限度地进行能量回收,满足电制动要求。
