The invention discloses a magnetic suspension power rotor system driven by a disc type motor in the middle and an aircraft thereof, relates to the technical field of magnetic suspension rotors, and solves the technical problem that a magnetic suspension rotor structure which is more compact in structure and lighter in weight is lacked in the prior art. The propeller comprises a stator, a rotor ring and a plurality of blades, the stator comprises a center shaft and limiting plates arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the center shaft in a mirror image mode, and the blades are arranged on the outer wall of the rotor ring at intervals; the upper limiting plate, the lower limiting plate and the rotor rings are provided with axial supporting modules and rotary driving modules which are matched with each other, the axial supporting modules are used for generating air gaps between the limiting plates and the rotor rings on the opposite sides, and the rotary driving modules are used for driving the rotor rings and the paddles to rotate so as to provide lift force; the invention aims to enable the structure of the magnetic suspension rotor to be more compact and reduce the overall mass. The rotation driving module is driven by an annular permanent magnet brushless direct current motor, and compared with a traditional rotating motor, the radial space of a stator can be fully utilized.

    本发明公开了一种盘式电机中置驱动的磁悬浮动力旋翼系统及其飞行器,涉及磁悬浮旋翼技术领域,解决了现有的缺少一种结构更加紧凑,重量更轻的磁悬浮旋翼结构的技术问题;本发明包括定子、转子环以及数个桨叶,定子包括中心轴以及镜像设置于中心轴上下两端的限位板,数个桨叶间隔设置于转子环的外壁上;上下两个限位板以及转子环上设置有互相配合的轴向支撑模块以及旋转驱动模块,轴向支撑模块用于使限位板与相对侧的转子环之间产生气隙,旋转驱动模块用于驱动转子环以及桨叶旋转从而提供升力;其目的在于,使磁悬浮旋翼结构更加紧凑,减少了整体的质量;旋转驱动模块采用圆环状的永磁无刷直流电机驱动,与传统旋转电机相比能够充分利用定子径向空间。
