The hoisting assembly comprises a mechanical arm and a hoisting part; one end of the mechanical arm is connected to the vehicle body, and the hoisting part is connected to the other end of the mechanical arm; the other end of the hoisting part vertically penetrates through the reserved hole of the middle plate to be connected with the hoisting tool; each lifting assembly is provided with an infrared distance measuring device; the central controller is electrically connected with all the infrared distance measuring devices, the telescopic length of the hoisting component is controlled through hoisting height data of the infrared distance measuring devices, and synchronous hoisting of two or more hoisting points is achieved. Synchronous hoisting of the assembly type rail top air duct can be achieved, the hoisting device is light, flexible, high in automation degree, high in installation precision and high in construction efficiency, the construction period can be shortened, and rapid building can be achieved.
