The invention discloses a high-precision narrow heavy cargo fork which comprises a driving mechanism and at least two sets of fork arms capable of stretching out and drawing back in two directions, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the fork arms to stretch out and draw back in two directions. All driving mechanisms are in meshing transmission through gears and racks, so that the overall failure rate is low, the service life is long, and the telescopic positioning precision of the pallet fork is high. The fork arm of the fork is narrow in width and compact in structure, the cost is reduced, the requirement that the width direction of a goods taking space is narrow is met, meanwhile, the base assembly, the middle rail assembly and the upper rail assembly are telescopic in a stepped mode, and small bending deformation is achieved while heavy goods are borne.
