The invention relates to a self-walking mechanism and a self-walking method of an arch crane. According to the self-walking mechanism of the arch crane, the self-walking of a hoisting mechanism on an arch rib can be realized in a manner of circularly moving and fixing a crane bearing platform. Due to the fact that the hooking supporting points are arranged on the steel pipe arch rib or the steel box arch rib to replace the arrangement of a mounting rail, the equipment is allowed to walk in the mode that the first hooking device and the second hooking device are circularly hooked on the hooking supporting points on the arch rib, and the self-walking mode can be universally used on the arch ribs such as the steel pipe arch rib and the steel box arch rib. The problem that installation of an existing track is limited is solved, the first hooking device and the first transverse limiting device are used for fixing the walking anchoring end, the braking capacity is high, and corresponding walking requirements can be met. According to the self-walking method of the arch crane, the initial position is adjusted through the walking oil cylinder, then the overall position of the crane bearing platform and the overall position of the hoisting mechanism are finely adjusted through the steel wire rope pulley block, and operation safety is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种拱上吊机自行走机构及自行走方法。拱上吊机自行走机构,通过循环移动和固定吊机承载平台和的方式,能够实现起重机构能够在拱肋上自行走。由于采用钢管拱肋或钢箱拱肋上设置钩挂支点替代安装轨道的布置,允许设备采用第一勾挂装置和第二钩挂装置循环钩挂在拱肋上的钩挂支点的行走方式,故该自行走方式能够在钢管拱肋和钢箱拱肋等拱肋上通用,解决了现有轨道安装受限的问题,且行走锚固端的固定同时利用了第一勾挂装置和第一横向限位装置,使得其制动能力较强,能够满足相应的行走需求。拱上吊机自行走方法,利用行走油缸进行初步位置的调整,然后利用钢丝绳滑轮组对吊机承载平台和起重机构整体位置进行精调,保证了作业安全。
