The invention relates to a suspension type gravity unloading device which comprises a horizontal position follow-up assembly, a fixed flat plate, a balancing weight, a first steel wire rope, a second steel wire rope, a hanging ring, an angle posture adjuster, a light and small butt joint mechanism driven end part, a light and small butt joint mechanism driving end part, a limiting stop block assembly, a supporting frame and a supporting bottom plate. The suspension type gravity unloading device is mainly used for a zero-gravity simulation test, the zero-gravity environment of space is simulated, and the function of a light and small docking mechanism is verified; through the pulley system arranged on the horizontal position follow-up assembly, the balancing weight is connected with the driven end part of the light and small docking mechanism through the steel wire rope, and the zero-gravity environment is achieved; the adjustment of pitching, yawing and rolling postures of the passive end part of the light and small docking mechanism is realized through the angle posture adjuster; and the active end part of the light and small docking mechanism performs capturing and grabbing after the passive end part of the light and small docking mechanism is adjusted, so that the capturing function of the light and small docking mechanism is verified.

    本申请涉及一种悬吊式重力卸载装置,包括:水平位置随动组件、固定平板、配重块、第一钢丝绳、第二钢丝绳、吊环、角度姿态调节器、轻小型对接机构被动端部分、轻小型对接机构主动端部分、限位挡块组件、支撑架、支撑底板。本申请所述的悬吊式重力卸载装置,主要用于零重力模拟试验,模拟太空的零重力环境,验证轻小型对接机构功能;本申请通过水平位置随动组件上设置的滑轮系,将配重块与轻小型对接机构被动端部分通过钢丝绳连接,实现零重力环境;通过角度姿态调节器来实现轻小型对接机构被动端部分的俯仰、偏航、滚动姿态的调节;轻小型对接机构主动端部分在轻小型对接机构被动端部分调节后再进行捕获抓取,从而验证轻小型对接机构的捕获功能。
