The invention relates to a swing type following mechanism which comprises a rack, a horizontal swing unit and an air supply unit. The rack comprises a bottom plate and a supporting seat; the horizontal swinging unit comprises two radial air floating supports, an end surface air floating support, a rotating shaft and a rotating arm; the radial air floating support comprises a sleeve and a lining, and a first air inlet hole is formed in the inner side wall of the sleeve; the end surface air floating support comprises a mounting seat and a thrust plate, a mounting groove is formed in the top surface of the mounting seat, and a second air inlet hole is formed in the side wall of the mounting groove; the rotating shaft is arranged in the bushings of the two radial air floating bearings in a penetrating manner, and an end panel is arranged at the bottom of the rotating shaft and is supported on the thrust plate; the air supply unit is connected with the first air inlet hole and the second air inlet hole through pipelines. The rotating shaft can be stably supported in a non-contact mode through the two radial air floating supports and the end face air floating support, the friction resistance is extremely low when the rotating arm drives the rotating shaft to rotate, and therefore the following precision of the device can be guaranteed, and the ground unfolding test speed is increased.
本发明涉及一种摆动式跟随机构,包括机架、水平摆动单元和供气单元;机架包括底板和支撑座;水平摆动单元包括两个径向气浮支承、一个端面气浮支承以及转轴和转臂;径向气浮支承包括套筒和衬套,套筒的内侧壁开设有第一进气孔;端面气浮支承包括安装座和止推板,安装座的顶面开设有安装槽,安装槽的侧壁开设有第二进气孔;转轴穿设在两个径向气浮支承的衬套内,转轴的底部具有端面板,端面板支撑于止推板上;供气单元分别通过管道与第一进气孔、第二进气孔连接。通过两个径向气浮支承和一个端面气浮支承可将转轴无接触地稳定支撑,转臂带动转轴转动时摩擦阻力极低,从而可以保证本装置的跟随精度,并提高地面展开试验速度。
