The method comprises the following steps: performing charging strategy initialization on a charger to obtain an initial charging strategy of each charging stage, and collecting a test current signal and a test voltage signal; performing adaptive Gaussian window sparse mode decomposition to obtain a current signal mode and a voltage signal mode of each charging stage; performing voltage output anomaly detection to obtain a target anomaly detection result of each charging stage; performing mode quantity analysis to obtain a current mode quantity and a voltage mode quantity of each charging stage; performing signal reconstruction to obtain a target current signal and a target voltage signal; and performing voltage output analysis and charging strategy adjustment to obtain a target charging strategy of each charging stage, thereby improving the voltage output control accuracy of the charger.
