According to the integrally-formed thrust rod body and the manufacturing method thereof, firstly, the two ends of a connecting rod are heated, so that the two ends of the connecting rod made of metal are softened, then the two ends of the circular-tube-shaped connecting rod are subjected to tube expanding in the vertical direction, and the calibers of the two ends of the connecting rod in the vertical direction are increased; then the expanded pipe is flattened in the transverse direction, so that diffusion ends are formed at the two ends of the connecting rod; after the diffusion end is cooled, a high-precision mounting hole penetrating through the diffusion end is formed in the flattened position in the transverse direction; therefore, the circular-tube-shaped connecting rod made of metal is manufactured into the rod body of the thrust rod. According to the structure and the manufacturing method, the installation of a ball head on the thrust rod is omitted, the working procedures for producing the thrust rod are reduced, the structure and the manufacturing method of the thrust rod body are greatly simplified, the manufacturing efficiency of the thrust rod body and the size precision of products are improved, and the manufacturing cost and the investment of manpower and material resources are reduced.

    一种一体成型的推力杆杆体及其制作方法,先对连杆的两端进行加热,使金属制成的连杆的两端软化,再对圆管状的连杆的两端在垂向方向上进行扩管,使连杆的两端在垂向方向上的口径增大;然后对扩管处在横向方向上进行压平,从而在连杆的两端形成扩压端头;等扩压端头冷却后,在压平处沿横向方向开贯通扩压端头的高精度安装孔;从而将金属制成的圆管状连杆制作成推力杆的杆体。上述结构和制作方法取消了在推力杆上安装球头,减少了生产推力杆的工序,大幅度简化了推力杆杆体的结构和制造方法,提高了推力杆杆体的制造效率和产品的尺寸精度,并减少了制造的成本和人力、物力的投入。
