According to the X-shaped thrust rod, ball heads are installed at the two ends of bent steel pipes, and the two steel pipes provided with the ball heads are clamped between two cover plates, so that the cover plates, the steel pipes and the ball heads form a modularized X-shaped structure; by changing the shape and/or the size of the bent steel pipe in the modularized X-shaped structure, the modularized X-shaped structure can be suitable for various vehicle types. Therefore, the X-shaped thrust rod can quickly meet various mounting size requirements, and the strength of the X-shaped thrust rod is improved; and the X-shaped thrust rod is simple in structure and low in cost. The two steel pipes are embedded in the mounting grooves of the two cover plates, so that the modularized X-shaped structure is stable, and relative movement or rotation between the steel pipes and the cover plates can be prevented. The two cover plates are tightly pressed by bolts and nuts, so that the two steel pipes are clamped in the mounting grooves, and the X-shaped thrust rod can be quickly disassembled and assembled.

    一种X型推力杆,通过在折弯的钢管两端安装球头,并将安装有球头的两根钢管夹紧在两块盖板之间,使盖板、钢管和球头组成模块化的X型结构;通过改变模块化的X型结构中折弯的钢管的形状和/或大小,使模块化的X型结构能适用于各种车型。从而使X型推力杆能快速的满足各种安装尺寸要求,提高X型推力杆的强度;并将能使X型推力杆的结构简单,成本低。通过将两根钢管都嵌在两块盖板的安装槽中,使模块化的X型结构稳定,能防止钢管与盖板之间相对移动或转动。用螺栓和螺母压紧两块盖板,从而将两根钢管都夹紧在安装槽中,使X型推力杆能快速的进行拆装。
