The invention relates to the technical field of automobile parts, in particular to an aluminum alloy I-shaped thrust rod which comprises a straight pusher and an inclined pusher a straight pusher connecting rod. The straight pusher comprises two straight pusher tips whose end surfaces are in parallel and a straight pusher connecting rod connecting the two straight pusher tips, and the straight pusher connecting rod and the two end surfaces of the two straight pusher tips are in the same plane; the inclined pusher comprises two inclined pushing tips with parallel end faces and an inclined pushing connecting rod for connecting the two inclined pushing tips, and a certain angle is formed between the inclined pushing connecting rod and the two end faces of the inclined pushing tips; the crosssection of the straight pushing connecting rod and the cross section of the inclined pushing connecting rod are both I-shaped. The straight pushing tips and the inclined pushing tips are arranged at the two ends of the straight pushing connecting rod and the two ends of the inclined pushing connecting rod respectively and are integrally formed. By the adoption of the aluminum alloy I-shaped thrustrod and the machining method thereof, the problems that in the prior art, an I-shaped thrust rod is complex in production procedure and heavy in weight at present are solved.

    本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域,尤其涉及一种铝合金I型推力杆,包括:直推,所述直推包括两个端面平行的直推端头以及连接两直推端头的直推连接杆,所述直推连接杆与直推端头两端面位于同一水平面上;斜推,所述斜推包括两个端面平行的斜推端头以及连接两斜推端头的斜推连接杆,所述斜推连接杆与所述斜推端头两端面呈一定角度;所述直推连接杆和斜推连接杆的横截面均采用工字型结构;所述直推端头和斜推端头分别设置于所述直推连接杆和斜推连接杆两端部,并一体成型。通过采用本方案的铝合金I型推力杆及其加工方法,解决现有技术中Ι型推力杆目前生产工序复杂,重量重的问题。
