The invention discloses an automatic release traction device which comprises a base, a fixed seat is arranged on the base, a locking sleeve is mounted on the fixed seat, and a locking rod is arranged in an inner cavity of the locking sleeve; the outer side of the locking sleeve is sleeved with a traction sleeve in sliding connection with the locking sleeve, and the traction end of the traction sleeve is in transmission connection with the electric push rod. A plurality of mounting holes are formed in the locking sleeve, steel balls are mounted in the mounting holes, a limiting groove for limiting the steel balls is formed in the locking rod, and a release groove is formed in the inner wall of the traction sleeve; when the traction sleeve is extended and pushed by the electric push rod, the steel ball is embedded into the limiting groove of the locking rod for limiting and locking; and when the traction sleeve is retracted and pulled by the electric push rod, the steel ball is released and enters the release groove of the traction sleeve for unlocking. The automatic release traction device is used for releasing the towed product after the towed product is towed to the preset speed by the tractor, it is guaranteed that the towed product is reliably separated from the tractor after the towed product is at the preset speed, and follow-up tests are independently carried out.

    本发明公开了一种自动释放牵引装置,该装置包括基座,基座上设置有固定座,固定座上安装有锁紧套筒,锁紧套筒的内腔设置有锁紧杆;锁紧套筒的外侧套设有与其滑动连接的牵引套筒,牵引套筒的牵引端与电动推杆传动连接;锁紧套筒上设置有若干个安装孔,安装孔内安装有钢球,锁紧杆上设置有用于对钢球进行限位的限位槽,牵引套筒的内壁上设置有释放槽;当牵引套筒被电动推杆伸长推动时,钢球嵌入锁紧杆的限位槽内限位锁紧;当牵引套筒被电动推杆回缩拉动时,钢球释放进入牵引套筒的释放槽内解锁。本发明的自动释放牵引装置用于牵引车将拖挂产品牵引至预定速度后将其释放,保障拖挂产品在预定速度后与牵引车可靠分离,独立进行后续试验。
