The invention relates to the field of charging columns, in particular to a public charging column for urgent danger prevention. The technical problems that a main control scheme, a relay board scheme and insulation detection are equally divided into three main boards for independent control, and the boards are controlled through communication or contact level, so that the whole control system is complex, the stability is poor, information interaction between systems is transmitted through data lines, and the interference resistance is weak are solved; according to the technical scheme, the public charging column comprises an integrated control system, and the integrated control system comprises a main control single-chip microcomputer, a main control board, a relay control board and an insulation detection board. Compared with the prior art, a control system is equally divided into three main boards for independent control, and the control system is complex, poor in stability and weak in interference resistance; according to the charging column, the integrated control system is arranged, and the master control single-chip microcomputer is used for control, so that the problems of communication delay and communication data volume limitation are solved, and the collaboration and the stability of operation control are improved.

    本发明涉及充电柱领域,尤其涉及一种紧急避险的公共充电柱;技术问题:采用将主控方案、继电器板方案、绝缘检测等分为3块主板独立控制,板与板之间通过通讯或者触点电平控制,这样就会导致整个控制系统复杂,且稳定性较差,系统之间信息交互靠数据线传递,抗干扰弱;技术方案:一种紧急避险的公共充电柱,包括有集成控制系统,集成控制系统包括有主控单片机、主控板、继电器控制板和绝缘检测板;本发明相对于现有技术采用将控制系统等分为3块主板独立控制,控制系统复杂,且稳定性较差,抗干扰弱;该充电柱通过设置集成化控制系统,且利用一个主控单片机进行控制,解决了通信延时及通信数据量局限的问题,提升了运行控制的协同性和稳定性。
