The invention provides a new fuel dry bulk carrier route fuel filling and navigational speed collaborative optimization method and system, and the method comprises the steps: building a leg fuel consumption function based on the obtained navigation parameters and port parameters of a ship, and building a mixed integer nonlinear programming model under a plurality of constraint conditions; then making a navigational speed decision of each leg between the loading and unloading ports based on the maximum navigational time of the voyage number and the total distance of all legs between any two loading and unloading ports, encoding the navigational speed decision by adopting a double-layer encoding mode to generate an initial solution, and then calculating the oil consumption of each leg between the loading and unloading ports; formulating a fuel oil filling decision of a forward route segment and a return route segment between the loading and unloading ports according to the oil consumption of each route segment, taking the fuel oil filling decision and the navigational speed decision as new initial solutions, and calculating an optimal solution of the mixed integer nonlinear programming model by adopting a variable neighborhood descent algorithm, so as to obtain an optimal navigational speed decision and an optimal fuel oil filling decision; and the fuel consumption is effectively reduced.

    本发明提供了一种新燃料干散货船航线燃料加注和航速协同优化方法及系统,先基于获取的船舶的航行参数和港口参数建立航段燃油消耗函数,并在多个约束条件下建立混合整数非线性规划模型,然后基于航次的最大航行时间和任意两个装卸货港口间所有航段的总距离制定该装卸货港口间每个航段的航速决策,并采用双层编码方式对航速决策进行编码生成初始解,再计算出该装卸货港口间每个航段的油耗,根据每个航段的油耗制定该装卸货港口间去程航段和返程航段的燃油加注决策,将燃油加注决策和航速决策作为新初始解,并采用变邻域下降算法计算出混合整数非线性规划模型的最优解,进而得到最优航速决策和最优燃油加注决策,有效减少了燃油消耗。
