The invention discloses a modularly-designed free flying robot in a space station cabin, and relates to the technical field of space robot design. The whole body is of a cubic structure, the core module is arranged at the center position and used for power supply and drive control of other modules, the main body support covers the core module and carries the other modules in a detachable connection mode, and the eight vertex modules are installed at the vertex positions and are divided into four power modules and four to-be-expanded module frames. The six side surface modules are arranged in the center of the side surface and are divided into a visual module and five reserved expansion spaces. Based on modular design, a core module provides a power supply and carries out driving control, four power modules are installed at the vertex position to realize full-drive free flight, a visual module is carried at the side position to carry out real-time picture transmission and video recording, multiple spaces are reserved for expansion of other functions, the structure is compact, the layout is reasonable, and mounting, dismounting and maintenance are easy.
一种模块化设计的空间站舱内自由飞行机器人,涉及空间机器人设计技术领域。整体采用立方体构型,核心模块设置在中心位置用于其余模块的电源供应和驱动控制,主体支架罩设在核心模块外部并采用可拆卸连接的方式对其余模块进行搭载,八个顶点模块安装在顶角位置分为四个动力模块和四个待拓展模块架,六个侧面模块设置在侧面中心位置分为视觉模块和五个预留拓展空间。基于模块化设计,以核心模块提供电源并进行驱动控制,在顶点位置安装四个动力模块实现全驱动自由飞行,在侧面位置搭载视觉模块实时画面传输和视频录制,并预留多处空间用于其它功能的拓展,结构紧凑布局合理,易于安拆维护。
