The overhead posture adjusting and intelligent lifting equipment comprises a lifting appliance cross beam, intelligent moving equipment, a lifting hook device and a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) automatic control system, the lifting appliance cross beam comprises a top steel plate, a lateral steel plate and a bottom inclined steel plate, lifting lugs are arranged above the lifting appliance cross beam, a transverse partition plate is welded inside the lifting appliance cross beam, a transverse sliding rail is arranged at the bottom of the lifting appliance cross beam, the sliding rail is in sliding connection with a pulley of intelligent mobile equipment, and the lifting appliance cross beam is formed by splicing steel structures. The risk is low; the intelligent mobile equipment comprises a transverse moving device and a lifting device which are in bolted connection through a connecting frame, and the effect of adjusting the posture of the upper structure of the arch bridge in real time is achieved through the combined effect of the transverse moving device and the lifting device; the lifting hook device comprises a lifting hook, a pin shaft, a second roller and a second roller limiting mechanism; the PLC automatic control system comprises a generator set, a wireless signal transmitter, a PLC automatic control terminal and a control element; when the upper structure of the arch bridge is hoisted, the wireless signal transmitter can convert an electric signal into a wireless signal and transmit the wireless signal to the PLC automatic control terminal for processing and analysis, the intelligent and informatization degree is high, and high social benefits and good popularization prospects are achieved.

    一种用于拱桥上部结构空中姿态调整及智能吊装设备包括吊具横梁、智能移动设备、吊钩装置和PLC自动控制系统。所述吊具横梁包括顶部钢板、侧向钢板和底部斜向钢板,在吊具横梁上方设置吊耳,内部焊接横隔板,底部设置横移滑轨,滑轨与智能移动设备的滑轮滑动连接,吊具横梁采用钢结构拼装而成,具有结构强度高、稳定性强,施工安全系数高,风险低的优点;所述智能移动设备包括横移装置和升降装置,两者通过连接架进行栓接,通过横移装置和升降装置的联合作用,达到拱桥上部结构姿态实时调整的效果;所述吊钩装置包括吊钩、销轴、第二滚轮和第二滚轮限位机构;所述PLC自动控制系统包括发电机组、无线信号发射器、PLC自动控制终端和控制元件;在进行拱桥上部结构吊装时,无线信号发射器可将电信号转化为无线信号传送至PLC自动控制终端进行处理分析,智能化、信息化程度高,具有较高的社会效益和较好的推广前景。
