The invention relates to a transformer substation crane distance early warning device based on a laser radar, which comprises a main control module and a sensor, and is characterized in that the main control module comprises a scanning unit, a three-dimensional point cloud database unit, a shielding object identification unit, a moving target analysis unit and an early warning unit; the scanning unit is used for scanning a target area in real time through a sensor; the three-dimensional point cloud database unit is used for storing real-time three-dimensional point cloud data obtained by scanning the target area by the scanning module; the shielding object identification unit is used for identifying a fixed shielding object in the real-time three-dimensional point cloud data and filtering the fixed shielding object; and the analysis unit is used for analyzing the filtered real-time three-dimensional point cloud data based on a preset early warning condition, and performing early warning when the early warning condition is triggered.

    本发明涉及一种基于激光雷达的变电站吊车距离预警装置,包括主控模块以及传感器,所述主控模块包括扫描单元、三维点云数据库单元、遮挡物识别单元、移动目标分析单元以及预警单元;所述扫描单元用于通过传感器实时扫描目标区域;所述三维点云数据库单元用于储存扫描模块扫描目标区域得到的实时三维点云数据;所述遮挡物识别单元用于识别实时三维点云数据中的固定遮挡物,并进行过滤;所述分析单元用于基于预设的预警条件,实施分析过滤后的实时三维点云数据,当预警条件触发时进行预警。
