The invention discloses an optical storage charging station optimization operation method and system considering energy storage emergency reserve. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring initial parameters of an optical storage charging station; dividing an energy storage range into two sections, including an energy section A for peak-valley arbitrage and an energy section B for emergency standby; calculating the daily income of the optical storage charging station, and establishing an energy storage optimization operation model of the optical storage charging station considering the energy storage emergency standby by taking the maximum daily income of the optical storage charging station as an objective function; calculating the capacity of the energy section B; solving the energy storage optimization operation model to obtain an optimal energy storage optimization operation scheme in the optical storage charging station; and executing the optimal operation scheme. The optical storage charging station optimization operation method considering energy storage emergency reserve has the advantages that emergency reserve can be achieved, and heavy economic losses are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种考虑储能应急备用的光储充电站优化运行方法及系统,包括获取光储充电站的初始参数;将储能能量范围划分为两个区段,包括用于峰谷套利的能量区段A以及用于应急备用的能量区段B;计算光储充电站日收益,以光储充电站日收益最大为目标函数,建立考虑储能应急备用的光储充电站的储能优化运行模型;计算能量区段B的容量;求解储能优化运行模型,得到光储充电站中储能的最佳优化运行方案;执行最佳优化运行方案。该种考虑储能应急备用的光储充电站优化运行方法具有能够应急备用、避免造成重大经济损失的优点。
