    本发明适用于车辆吸能防护装置技术领域,提供了一种用于失速车辆碰撞用多级吸能防护装置,包括槽钢和安装盘,安装盘一端面固定有吸能钢套,吸能钢套一端固定有弧形反向罩;弧形反向罩内设置有多级吸能层,弧形反向罩上设置有铝蒙皮;弧形反向罩外弧面上铰接有若干弹性吸能结构,弹性吸能结构一端与安装盘固定连接。本发明利用吸能程度不同的材料,在发生碰撞过程中进行逐步多级吸能,保证在碰撞过程中的吸能效果,降低碰撞过程中带来的破坏;通过弹性吸能结构将碰撞产生的作用力先转化为弹性势能,再通过泄压阀排出泄压液体释放碰撞时的作用力,能够充分吸收碰撞时的作用力,降低车辆或设备因撞击反弹造成的二次伤害。
