Large-fillet transition structures are arranged between the end cover body and the first closed end and between the cylinder body and the second closed end, and the ratio of the fillet radius of each large-fillet transition structure to the cylinder body radius of the cylinder body is larger than or equal to a first threshold value. According to the composite material vacuum cylinder assembly, the weight and the manufacturing cost of the vacuum cylinder assembly are greatly reduced under the condition that an internal reinforcing structure is not additionally arranged while the composite material vacuum cylinder assembly meets the strength and rigidity requirements during application.
