The invention discloses an underwater heavy-load operation equipment laying and recovery system, and relates to the technical field of marine devices, and the underwater heavy-load operation equipment laying and recovery system comprises a take-up and pay-off system tower; the steel cable laying and recycling system is mounted on the take-up and pay-off system tower and connected with a heavy-load equipment take-up and pay-off support through a steel cable, and the heavy-load equipment take-up and pay-off support can be connected with underwater heavy-load operation equipment in a locked mode and used for laying and recycling the underwater heavy-load operation equipment; the compensation device comprises a compensation arm, a compensation arm moving fairlead wheel is arranged at the tail end of the compensation arm, and the tail end of the compensation arm can drive the compensation arm moving fairlead wheel to swing up and down; an umbilical cable is wound on the umbilical cable storage winch, and one end of the umbilical cable bypasses the compensation arm moving cable guide wheel and then is connected with underwater heavy-load operation equipment. The compensation arm is used for driving the compensation arm moving fairlead wheel to swing up and down, the tension of the umbilical cable wound on the compensation arm moving fairlead wheel is changed, and therefore the tension of the umbilical cable can be adjusted and compensated without frequent winding and releasing of the umbilical cable by the umbilical cable storage winch.

    本发明公开了一种水下重载作业设备布放回收系统,涉及船用装置技术领域,包括:收放系统塔架;钢缆布放回收系统安装于收放系统塔架上,其通过钢缆连接有重载设备收放支架,重载设备收放支架能够与水下重载作业设备锁定连接,用于实现水下重载作业设备的布放和回收;补偿装置包括补偿臂,补偿臂末端设有补偿臂移动导缆轮,且补偿臂末端能够带动补偿臂移动导缆轮上下摆动;脐带缆储缆绞车上缠绕有脐带缆,脐带缆一端绕过补偿臂移动导缆轮后与水下重载作业设备连接。本发明通过补偿臂带动补偿臂移动导缆轮上下摆动,改变绕设于该补偿臂移动导缆轮上的脐带缆的张力,从而无需脐带缆储缆绞车通过频繁收卷和释放脐带缆,调节补偿其张力。
