The invention discloses an underwater equipment laying and recycling system and a control method thereof, the system is driven by a stop motor group, a swing motor group and a telescopic motor group which are equal in specification to realize laying and recycling actions of underwater operation equipment, and the system is controlled by a distributed controller and a centralized control box. The swing motor set drives the swing driving gear to rotate, so that the swing cam with the outer gear ring rotates, the swing connecting rod is driven, and the main arm is driven to complete the swing action. The telescopic motor group drives the telescopic screw rod to rotate so as to drive the auxiliary arm to complete telescopic motion; the anti-oscillation motor set drives the anti-oscillation butt joint rotating shaft to enable the anti-oscillation butt joint device to rotate so as to reduce oscillation of the operation equipment in the butt joint process. All-electric work is achieved, the requirement for system spare parts is reduced, the maintenance cost is greatly reduced, environmental protection benefits are better achieved, operation and maintenance are more convenient, and operation state monitoring and remote control can be achieved. The system is of an integral structure, the deck space utilization rate is increased, and the equipment delivery period is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种水下设备布放回收系统及其控制方法,由等规格的止荡电机组、摆动电机组、伸缩电机组来驱动系统实现水下作业设备的布放回收动作,并由分布式控制器和集中的控制箱控制。其中,摆动电机组驱动摆动主动齿轮转动,使得带有外齿圈的摆动凸轮转动,带动摆动连杆,驱动主臂完成摆动动作。伸缩电机组,驱动伸缩螺杆转动,进而带动副臂完成伸缩运动;止荡电机组,驱动止荡对接转轴,使得止荡对接装置转动,以减少作业设备在对接过程中的摇荡。实现了全电动工作,减少了系统备件要求,大大降低了维护成本,更具有环保效益,更方便运行维护,可实现运行状态监测和远程控制。系统为整体式结构,提高甲板空间利用率,缩短设备交付周期。
