The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment, and discloses a hoisting mechanism for coal mine equipment, which comprises a top frame, a lifting frame is slidably connected among four groups of supporting legs, the bottom of the lifting frame is slidably connected with an arch frame, and two groups of X-axis guide rails I are fixedly mounted between the inner wall of the left side and the inner wall of the right side of the arch frame; a sliding base is slidably connected between the two first X-axis guide rails, a suspension assembly is arranged at the top of the sliding base in a penetrating mode, and buffering assemblies are fixedly installed between the left end of the sliding base and the inner wall of the left side of the arch-shaped frame and between the right end of the sliding base and the inner wall of the right side of the arch-shaped frame correspondingly. When the arch-shaped frame moves in the X-axis direction, in the starting stage, the inner sleeve is inserted into the outer sleeve, the first spring is extruded and contracted, and therefore relative movement of the arch-shaped frame and the sliding base is buffered through elasticity of the first spring and hydraulic pressure of hydraulic oil, the sliding base slowly moves along with the arch-shaped frame, the arch-shaped frame is prevented from being started too fast, and a second steel cable is prevented from swinging; and the coal mine equipment violently shakes.

    本发明涉及吊装设备技术领域,且公开了一种用于煤矿设备的吊装机构,包括顶框,四组所述支撑腿之间滑动连接有升降框,所述升降框底部滑动连接有拱形架,所述拱形架左侧内壁和右侧内壁之间固定安装有两组X轴导轨一,两组所述X轴导轨一之间滑动连接有滑座,所述滑座顶部贯穿设置有悬吊组件,所述滑座左端和拱形架左侧内壁之间、所述滑座右端与拱形架右侧内壁之间均固定安装有缓冲组件。拱形架沿着X轴方向移动时,在刚起步阶段,内套筒向外套筒内部插入,弹簧一被挤压收缩,从而通过弹簧一的弹性和液压油的液压,对拱形架和滑座的相对移动进行缓冲,使滑座缓慢跟随拱形架进行移动,防止拱形架起步过快,钢索二发生摆动,造成煤矿设备剧烈晃动。
