According to the scheme, by obtaining the expected running current of the elevator and predicting the running temperature of the power module, the appropriate starting carrier frequency is determined, and the frequency converter can stably run in the starting stage; then, the current operation temperature of the power module is monitored in real time in the operation process of the frequency converter, and the current carrier frequency is adjusted according to the real-time data, so that the operation efficiency and stability of the system are optimized; according to the method, carrier frequency selection can be balanced, so that automatic balance of heating of a power module and motor noise is kept, current harmonics, torque pulsation and motor noise are reduced as much as possible, and the overall reliability and comfort of an elevator system are improved.

    本发明公开了一种变频器的载频调整方法、装置及变频器,涉及工业自动化领域。该方案通过获取电梯的期望运行电流并预测功率模块的运行温度,确定了合适的启动载频,使变频器在启动阶段能够稳定运行;随后,在变频器运行过程中实时监测功率模块的当前运行温度,并根据这一实时数据调整当前载频,以优化系统的运行效率和稳定性;本发明的方法能够平衡载频的选择,从而保持功率模块的发热和电机噪音的自动平衡,尽可能减小电流谐波,减少转矩脉动,降低电机噪音,从而提升电梯系统的整体可靠性和舒适性。
