The electrical device comprises an outer walking mechanism capable of automatically walking along the outer annular track, an outer lifting mechanism, an inner walking mechanism capable of automatically walking along the inner annular track and an inner lifting mechanism. The outer lifting mechanism is connected with the outer walking mechanism and the hanging basket. The inner lifting mechanism is connected with the inner walking mechanism and the hoisting frame. The curtain wall unit is hoisted by mechanical equipment, labor is saved, people and the curtain wall unit are carried separately, and the safety coefficient is increased.
