The invention discloses a construction and arrangement method of FPSO upper module lifting lugs, which comprises lifting lug horizontal position arrangement and lifting lug vertical position arrangement, the lifting lugs are connected with an upper module, and the lifting lug horizontal position arrangement is as follows: the upper module is simplified into a rectangle according to the boundary dimension of the upper module; marking the integral gravity center position of the upper module in the simplified rectangle; the upper module comprises a truss type module and a room type module, four lifting lugs are arranged for the truss type module, and the gravity center of the upper module is enveloped in a rectangle formed by the four lifting lugs; for room modules which are thin in plate thickness, low in structural strength and incapable of bearing large concentrated loads, eight lifting lugs are adopted for lifting, so that the local loads of the structure during local lifting are dispersed. By designing the lifting lugs and researching the arrangement of the lifting lugs, the safety in the lifting process is greatly improved, the lifting cost is saved for a shipyard, and the engineering period can be effectively shortened.
本发明公开了一种FPSO上部模块吊耳的建造布置方法,包括吊耳水平位置布置和吊耳垂向位置布置、吊耳与上部模块的连接形式,所述吊耳水平位置布置如下:将上部模块按照其外形尺寸简化为矩形,并将上部模块整体重心位置在简化后的矩形中标出;上部模块包括桁架式模块和房间式模块,对于桁架式模块,布置4个吊耳,令上部模块的重心包络于4个吊耳所形成的矩形内部;对于房间类模块,板厚较薄,自身结构强度较低,无法承受较大的集中载荷,采用8个吊耳进行吊装,以分散局部吊装时结构的局部载荷。本发明通过对吊耳的设计,对吊耳的布置进行研究,大大提高了在吊装中过程中的安全性,为船厂节约吊装成本,并能有效缩短工程周期。
