The invention relates to the technical field of FPSO, in particular to an FPSO upper module of an integrated pipe gallery and an arrangement method of the FPSO upper module, a connecting part comprises an inner connecting part and an outer connecting part, the outer connecting part is fixedly connected with the pipe gallery in a layered mode, the inner connecting part is rotatably arranged in the outer connecting part, the inner connecting part is used for fixing a pipeline, and the outer connecting part is rotatably arranged in the outer connecting part; when the ship body drives the outer connecting part to shake along with sea waves, the inner connecting part is pulled by the pipeline and moves reversely relative to the outer connecting part, and the deformation quantity of the pipeline is reduced; the steel consumption and the hoisting weight are reduced by connecting the common stand columns, the supporting legs and the cross beams; through integration of the modules and the pipe gallery, the hoisting number can be reduced, and the FPSO construction and installation cost is reduced; the pipe gallery is arranged close to the midship side so as to reduce the influence of ship body shaking on the pipe gallery and pipelines, and meanwhile connection with pipelines and cables between other modules is facilitated; by optimizing layering and comprehensively considering the positions of boundary beams of the horizontal layer of the module and the arrangement requirements of pipelines and cables, the steel consumption and the weight of the pipe gallery can be further reduced.

    本发明涉及FPSO技术领域,具体涉及一种集成管廊的FPSO上部模块及其布置方法,所述连接部包括内连接部和外连接部,所述外连接部与管廊分层固定连接,所述内连接部转动设于外连接部内部,所述内连接部用于固定管道,当船体带动外连接部随海浪一起摇晃时,内连接部被管道牵拉,相对外连接部做反向移动,减小管道的形变量;通过公用立柱、支腿、横梁进行连接以减少用钢量及吊装重量;通过模块与管廊的集成可以减少吊装吊数,降低FPSO建造、安装成本;管廊布置于靠船舯侧以减少船体晃动对管廊及管线的影响,同时有利于跟其他模块间的管线、电缆连接;通过优化分层,综合考虑模块水平层边梁的位置及管线、电缆布置需求,可进一步减少用钢量及管廊重量。
