The control device is arranged on the rotary hoisting mechanism and used for obtaining the position information of the workpiece to form a first control instruction, a second control instruction and a third control instruction. The program control crown block is in sliding connection with the crown block support and used for sliding on the crown block support in the first horizontal direction according to the first control instruction. The moving connecting mechanism is connected to the program-controlled crown block in a sliding mode so as to synchronously move along with the program-controlled crown block, and the moving connecting mechanism is used for moving on the program-controlled crown block in the second horizontal direction according to the second control instruction. The first horizontal direction is perpendicular to the second horizontal direction. The rotary hoisting mechanism is connected with the moving connecting mechanism so as to synchronously move along with the moving connecting mechanism; and the rotary hoisting mechanism is used for rotating in the horizontal rotating direction according to the third control instruction so as to adjust the conveying direction of the hoisted workpiece in the horizontal rotating direction.
