The invention discloses a sealing winch device for lifting an underwater lifting platform. The sealing winch device comprises a winch base assembly, a winding drum, a planetary reducer and a variable-frequency and variable-speed motor, the two ends of the winch base assembly are open, the winding drum is arranged in the winch base assembly, a through hole is formed in one end of the winding drum, the planetary reducer penetrates through the through hole and is deeply hidden in the winding drum, and the output end of the planetary reducer is connected with the connecting flange at the through hole. The other end of the winding drum is mounted on a bearing seat of the winch base assembly through a shaft end support; an output shaft of the variable-frequency and variable-speed motor penetrates through the winch base assembly and is connected with the input end of the planetary reducer. A built-in driving method is adopted, the size of the internal space of the winding drum is fully and reasonably utilized, and underwater sealing is more compact in structure, so that the weight of the underwater sealing winch is reduced, meanwhile, the cable arrangement capacity of the underwater winch is improved, and the service life of equipment is prolonged to a certain extent.

    本发明公开了一种水下升降平台起升密封绞车装置,其包括绞车底座总成、卷筒、行星减速机及变频调速电动机;绞车底座总成两端均敞口设置,卷筒设于绞车底座总成内,卷筒一端开设有贯穿孔,行星减速机贯穿贯穿孔并深入内藏于卷筒内设置,行星减速机输出端与贯穿孔处的连接法兰连接,卷筒另一端通过轴端支承安装在绞车底座总成的轴承座上;变频调速电动机的输出轴贯穿绞车底座总成与行星减速机输入端连接。本发明采用内置式驱动方法,充分合理地利用卷筒内部空间尺寸,使水下密封在结构上更加紧凑,从而减轻水下密封绞车的重量,同时提高水下绞车在排缆的能力,在一定程度上提高设备的使用寿命。
