A photovoltaic power station detection device comprises a walking mechanism and a detection mechanism detachably assembled on the walking mechanism, the walking mechanism comprises a frame, a servo motor and a synchronous belt wheel assembly, the servo motor and the synchronous belt wheel assembly are arranged on the frame, and screws are welded to the four corners of the frame respectively. The detection mechanism comprises a supporting structure and a detection unit detachably assembled with the supporting structure, the supporting structure comprises a stand column and a cross beam assembled with the stand column, an assembling plate is arranged at the bottom of the stand column, assembling holes matched with screws are formed in the assembling plate, and the screws penetrate through the corresponding assembling holes and are assembled and fixed through nuts. The walking mechanism and the detection mechanism are arranged to be in a detachable assembly mode, the convenience of installation and transportation of the detection equipment is improved, the walking mechanism adopts a synchronous belt wheel to meet the requirement for the pressure intensity borne by a photovoltaic panel, and the walking mechanism is matched with a servo motor to achieve flexible control over the behaviors such as climbing, turning and turning around of the detection equipment; and the adaptability of equipment and the integrity of a detection result are enhanced.

    本申请一种光伏电站的检测设备,包括行走机构及可拆卸组装于所述行走机构的检测机构,所述行走机构包括车架、设置于车架的伺服电机及同步带轮组件,车架的四角分别焊接有螺丝,检测机构包括支撑结构及与支撑结构可拆卸组装的检测单元,支撑结构包括立柱及与立柱组装的横梁,立柱底部设置有组装板,组装板上设有与螺丝适配的组装孔,所述螺丝穿过对应的所述组装孔并通过螺母组装固定。本申请通过将行走机构与检测机构设置为可拆卸组装方式提升了检测设备安装及运输的便利性,行走机构采用同步带轮满足光伏板所受的压强要求并与伺服电机配合实现对检测设备爬坡、转弯、掉头等行为较灵活的控制,增强设备的适应性及检测结果的完整性。
