The invention relates to the technical field of railway hump shunting safety, and discloses an internal support type anti-slip parking device braking force calculation and parameter acquisition method, which comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring track gauge data in a vehicle humping process to form a track gauge dynamic graph; s2, determining the number of stress wheel pairs at a specific sampling interval; s3, calculating the speed of each wheel set of the vehicle when passing through the track gauge detection device; s4, searching and selecting an initial momentum and a final momentum; and S5, calculating the average instantaneous resistance. The running speed and the number of stressed wheel pairs of the vehicle are deduced according to the real-time monitoring value of the parking device braking rail gauge, and the real-time braking force of the parking device is calculated in combination with vehicle information; according to the method, the constraints of the environment and mechanical faults on the existing braking force algorithm can be released, so that the safety humping condition has better adaptability and robustness, workers can be guided to adjust the safety humping condition in stages, and the vehicle is effectively prevented from sliding out of the warning line.

    本发明涉及铁路驼峰调车安全技术领域,公开了一种内撑式防溜停车器制动力的计算及参数采集方法,包括以下步骤:S1、采集车辆溜放过程的轨距数据,形成轨距动态图;S2、确定特定采样间隔受力轮对数;S3、计算出车辆各轮对经过轨距检测装置时的速度;S4、搜索选择初动量与末动量;S5、计算平均瞬时阻力。本发明通过对停车器制动轨轨距的实时监测值,推出车辆的运行速度、受力轮对数,并结合车辆信息,推算出停车器即时的制动力;该方法能够释放环境和机械故障对已有制动力算法的约束,使安全溜放条件具有较好的适应性、鲁棒性,可以指导工作人员阶段性地调整安全溜放条件,有效地避免车辆溜出警戒线。
