The invention discloses a novel double-safety-clamp linkage device which is used in a stacking machine, and the stacking machine comprises a cargo carrying table frame, a pair of safety clamps and a speed limiter. The linkage device comprises a first connecting rod module, a second connecting rod module and a brake cable; wherein the input end of the first connecting rod module is connected with a speed limiting rope of the speed limiter; the input end of the second connecting rod module is connected with the output end of the first connecting rod module; the output end of the first connecting rod module is connected with the input end of the second connecting rod module through a brake cable, and the second connecting rod module is controlled through the brake cable. The output end of the first connecting rod module is further connected with a safety gear and can control the safety gear to act. The output end of the second connecting rod module is connected with the other safety gear and can control the other safety gear to act. According to the safety tongs linkage device, the structural reasonability of the safety tongs linkage device is improved in the mode that the two connecting rod modules are matched with the brake cable, and the occupied space is saved; the overall structure of the cargo carrying table is optimized, and the overall cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种新型双安全钳联动装置,用于堆垛机中,堆垛机包含载货台框架、一对安全钳和限速器;联动装置包含:第一连杆模块、第二连杆模块和刹车线;其中,第一连杆模块的输入端和限速器的限速绳相连;第二连杆模块的输入端与第一连杆模块的输出端相连;第一连杆模块的输出端通过刹车线与第二连杆模块的输入端相连,通过刹车线控制第二连杆模块;第一连杆模块的输出端还与一个安全钳相连,可控制该安全钳动作;第二连杆模块的输出端与另一个安全钳相连,可控制另一个安全钳动作。本发明通过两个连杆模块和刹车线配合的方式提升了安全钳联动装置的结构合理性、节省了占用空间;优化了载货台整体结构,降低了整体成本。
