The invention discloses a modified electrospinning composite diaphragm, a preparation method thereof and a lithium battery comprising the modified electrospinning composite diaphragm, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, taking polyacrylonitrile and polyvinylidene fluoride as raw materials, and carrying out electrostatic spinning to obtain a PAN/PVDF nanofiber diaphragm; s2, performing heat treatment on the PAN/PVDF nanofiber diaphragm to obtain a diaphragm matrix; and S3, coating the surface of the diaphragm substrate with the SiO2/GO composite solution, and then drying to obtain the modified electrospinning composite diaphragm. Through combination of an electrostatic spinning process, a heat treatment process and a functional coating coating process, the electrochemical performance, safety and stability of the lithium battery are improved.
