The invention belongs to an electro-hydraulic brake control system, particularly relates to an electro-hydraulic brake control system for linkage of front and rear wheels of a two-wheeled vehicle, and designs the electro-hydraulic brake control system for the two-wheeled vehicle on the basis of an electro-hydraulic cylinder assembly and an electromagnetic valve assembly. The electric hydraulic cylinder assembly generates brake pressure according to a brake signal of the control assembly, then the electromagnetic valve assembly distributes brake fluid, and finally the brake fluid is synchronously transmitted to the first brake unit and the second brake unit, namely front wheels and rear wheels of the two-wheeled vehicle. The purpose that the front and rear wheels of the whole motorcycle can be synchronously braked when any control unit is triggered is achieved, the problem that the front and rear wheels are not synchronously triggered when a traditional motorcycle is braked is solved, and the braking safety of the two-wheeled vehicle is improved to the maximum extent.
