The invention relates to the technical field of spacecrafts, and provides an embedded satellite structure and an assembling method thereof.The satellite structure comprises a satellite platform which is defined by a force bearing cylinder and a plate type structure with the lower portion connected with the force bearing cylinder; the communication cabin is enclosed by a plate type structure connected with the upper part of the bearing cylinder; the embedded cabin is arranged in the communication cabin and is fixed on the bearing cylinder; a heat dissipation assembly is arranged on the outer surface of the embedded cabin, and a part of the heat dissipation assembly is embedded in the plate type structure. The general assembly implementation feasibility of the embedded cabin, satellite machinery, cables and thermal control is realized by adopting an embedded cabin segmentation layout and an embedded cabin heat dissipation assembly and communication cabin thermal coupling method. The technical problems that in an embedded satellite structure, butt joint difficulty is large, thermal coupling final assembly implementation is complex, and cabin butt joint implementation is more difficult are solved.

    本申请涉及航天器技术领域,提供一种嵌入式卫星结构及其组装方法,其中,卫星结构包括:卫星平台,由承力筒及下部分和承力筒连接的板式结构围合组成;通信舱,由承力筒上部分连接的板式结构围合形成;嵌入舱,设置在通信舱内,且固定于承力筒上;在嵌入舱外表面设置有散热组件,散热组件的一部分预埋在板式结构内。本申请采用嵌入式舱体分割布局,嵌入舱散热组件与通信舱热耦合的方法实现嵌入式舱体和卫星机械、电缆、热控方面的总装实施可行性。解决了嵌入式卫星结构中存在对接难度大、热耦合总装实施复杂、舱段对接实施越发困难的技术问题。
