The invention provides a satellite assembly method. A satellite comprises but is not limited to an image acquisition part, a power supply part, a power part, a data processing part, an attitude processing part and a main bearing plate. The main force bearing plate comprises a first force bearing part and a second force bearing part, and the first force bearing part and the second force bearing part are symmetrical about the center of the main force bearing plate; the method comprises the following steps: S1, positioning an image acquisition part through a first bracket, and fixedly connecting the image acquisition part to a first bearing part; s2, arranging a power supply part on the second force bearing part and adjacent to the image acquisition part; s3, a power part is fixedly connected to the position adjacent to the output end of the image acquisition part; s4, after the power part is installed on the main force bearing plate, a data processing part is arranged adjacent to the power part; and S5, arranging the attitude processing part on the first force bearing part adjacent to the data processing part. All functional parts of the satellite are integrally arranged, so that the structure of the satellite is more compact, the overall size and weight are reduced, and the assembling efficiency of the satellite is improved.
本申请提供了一种卫星组装方法,卫星包括但不限于图像采集部件、供电部件、动力部件、数据处理部件、姿态处理部件、主承力板;主承力板包括第一承力部,第二承力部,第一承力部与第二承力部关于主承力板的中心对称;所述方法包括:S1、通过第一支架定位图像采集部件并将其固定连接在所述第一承力部上;S2、将供电部件设于第二承力部且与图像采集部件相邻;S3、在图像采集部件的输出端的相邻处固定连接动力部件;S4、动力部件安装在主承力板上后,邻近动力部件设有数据处理部件;S5、邻近数据处理部件将姿态处理部件设于第一承力部。本发明通过将卫星的各个功能件集成化设置,使卫星的结构更加紧凑,减小整体体积和重量,提高卫星的组装效率。
