The present invention provides a method for coping with floor inclination and a system for coping with floor inclination, which can automatically measure the inclination of the floor at a stop position at which an unmanned forklift is stopped when loading cargoes, and can move the travel center of the unmanned forklift at the stop position as necessary. The inclination coping method (2) comprises the following steps: (S1) when the unmanned forklift carries goods on a first layer of a multi-layer goods shelf at a stop position, automatically measuring the inclination angle of the goods shelf in the left-right direction of a floor surface at the stop position by using an inclinometer arranged on the unmanned forklift; (S2) determining, using the measurement result, whether or not correction of the travel center of the unmanned forklift needs to be moved in the left-right direction of the shelf at the stop position; and (S4) when it is determined that correction is necessary at the stop position, moving the travel center at the stop position when the unmanned forklift carries goods on the second or more layers of the multi-layer shelf at the stop position.
