The invention discloses an expressway short-time vehicle speed prediction method considering a dynamic traffic scene, and relates to a vehicle speed prediction technology, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining vehicle track data; dividing a surrounding road area of the target vehicle and assigning a state attribute of each area; distinguishing four different traffic scenes; defining key scene vehicles in different traffic scenes; a short-time vehicle speed prediction model is constructed and trained; and step 6, predicting the short-time speed of the target vehicle in real time. According to the invention, based on the spatial relative position of the target vehicle and the surrounding scene vehicle, the traffic scenes existing in the surrounding area where the target vehicle runs are divided, so that the state attributes of the corresponding areas in different traffic scenes and the relationship between the key scene vehicle and the target vehicle are determined, and the accuracy and pertinence of subsequent prediction are improved; a vehicle speed prediction model considering vehicles in a dynamic traffic scene and a key scene is constructed, and the model is closer to a real road environment, so that a prediction result is closer to reality.

    本发明公开了一种考虑动态交通场景的快速路短时车速预测方法,涉及车速预测技术,包括:获取车辆轨迹数据;对目标车辆的周围道路区域进行划分并对各区域的状态属性进行赋值;区分四种不同交通场景;定义不同交通场景下关键场景车辆;构建并训练短时车速预测模型;步骤六、对目标车辆短时车速进行实时预测。本发明基于目标车辆和周围场景车辆空间相对位置,对目标车辆行驶的周围区域内所存在的交通场景进行划分,从而明确了不同交通场景中对应区域的状态属性以及关键场景车辆与目标车辆的关系,提高后续预测的准确性和针对性;构建了考虑动态交通场景和关键场景车辆的车辆速度预测模型,该模型更加贴近真实的道路环境,使预测结果更加接近真实。
