The embodiment of the invention discloses a high-voltage interlocking fault processing method and a high-voltage interlocking system.The method comprises the steps that in response to a fault signal of a target high-voltage interlocking loop in multiple high-voltage interlocking loops, the fault level of the target high-voltage interlocking loop is determined based on the current running speed of an electric vehicle; wherein the plurality of high-voltage interlocking loops comprise at least two of a thermal management high-voltage interlocking loop, a front-end power-driven high-voltage interlocking loop, a battery high-voltage interlocking loop, a rear-end power-driven high-voltage interlocking loop and a charge-discharge high-voltage interlocking loop; determining a target processing strategy of the target high-voltage interlocking loop corresponding to the fault level; and based on the target processing strategy, controlling operation of high-voltage components in the target high-voltage interlocking loop.
