The invention discloses a hybrid power locomotive and a hybrid power control system thereof. The hybrid power locomotive comprises a hydrogen fuel cell pack, a bidirectional DCDC converter, a power cell and a load, when the voltage between the power battery and the bidirectional DCDC converter is greater than the minimum working voltage of the power battery, the converter performs reverse input, when the voltage between the hydrogen fuel cell pack and the bidirectional DCDC converter exceeds a preset voltage threshold value, the converter performs forward output, and when the voltage between the hydrogen fuel cell pack and the bidirectional DCDC converter changes, the converter performs reverse output. Adjusting a transformation coefficient until the voltage between the hydrogen fuel cell pack and the bidirectional DCDC converter is stable; matched power supply of the hydrogen fuel cell pack, the power cell and two power supplies with different voltage levels is realized, rapid reversing of the converter is realized, and normal starting of the hydrogen fuel cell pack and stable output of electric energy are ensured; the damage to the hydrogen fuel cell pack caused by over-voltage of the output end of the hydrogen fuel cell pack and electric energy accumulation is avoided, and the service life of the hydrogen fuel cell pack is prolonged.
本发明公开涉及一种混合动力机车及其混动控制系统,包括氢燃料电池包、双向DCDC变流器、动力电池和负载;当动力电池与双向DCDC变流器之间的电压大于动力电池的最小工作电压时,变流器反向输入,当氢燃料电池包与双向DCDC变流器之间的电压超过预设电压阈值时,变流器正向输出,且当氢燃料电池包与双向DCDC变流器之间的电压发生变化时,调整变压系数,直到氢燃料电池包与双向DCDC变流器之间的电压稳定;实现氢燃料电池包和动力电池,两种不同电压等级电源的匹配供电,实现变流器的快速换向,保证氢燃料电池包的正常启动及电能的稳定输出;避免氢燃料电池包输出端电压过压、电能堆积对氢燃料电池包造成损害,延长氢燃料电池的使用寿命。
