The invention discloses a road network traffic noise control method based on road grade optimization, and belongs to the technical field of traffic environment planning. The road network traffic noise control method provided by the invention comprises the steps of constructing a multi-objective optimization model which comprehensively considers road network traffic efficiency and noise optimization benefits, and adopting a strategy of optimizing road network road grades, the method comprises the following steps: establishing a traffic noise control bilevel planning model with upper-layer road network optimization benefit maximization and lower-layer improved random user balance by taking a road service level and road network total travel demand constancy as constraint conditions, setting a road network traffic efficiency weight lambda, and solving the traffic noise control bilevel planning model by adopting a genetic algorithm; and various noise control schemes under different traffic operation efficiency and sound environment requirements are provided. According to the invention, a solution can be provided for sound source treatment of urban traffic noise.

    本发明公开一种基于道路等级优化的路网交通噪声控制方法,属于交通环境规划技术领域。本发明提出的路网交通噪声控制方法包括构建综合考虑路网通行效率及噪声优化效益的多目标优化模型,采用优化路网道路等级的策略,建立以道路服务水平、路网总出行需求恒定为约束条件的上层路网优化效益最大化和下层改进随机用户均衡的交通噪声控制双层规划模型,并设置路网通行效率权重λ,采用遗传算法求解交通噪声控制双层规划模型,提供不同交通运行效率及声环境需求下的多种噪声控制方案。本发明可为城市交通噪声从声源治理提供解决方案。
