    本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀新能源汽车充电电缆及其制备方法,其包括,电缆主体,所述电缆主体包括导体和屏蔽层,所述导体外侧固定套设有绝缘层;防护组件,所述防护组件的数量为若干个,且均匀分布于电缆主体表面,所述防护组件包括固定安装于屏蔽层表面的橡胶缓冲件,所述橡胶缓冲件左右两侧均开设有若干个安装槽;耐腐蚀层,所述耐腐蚀层固定套设于橡胶缓冲件的表面。本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有的新能源汽车充电电缆在使用的过程中,对电缆内部导体和电缆两端接头的防护效果较差,容易导致导体和接头内部的电触点损坏,导致电缆发生故障,降低了电缆的使用寿命。
