The invention discloses an orderly shared charging system and method for a residential district, the system comprises a superior power supply, a charging meter, a control box, a tail end junction box and a charging pile, and the superior power supply is power distribution equipment or a public transformer low-voltage branch box in a residential property; a plurality of charging meters are connected through a superior power supply, and each charging meter is used as a sub-metering point of a superior power supply user; each charging meter is connected with a control box, multiple paths of control modules are arranged in the control box in parallel, a path of three-phase switch or three paths of single-phase switches are connected below each control module, the opening and closing states of the switches are controlled by the control modules, and the control boxes are arranged at all positions of the garage in a distributed manner; each path of single-phase or three-phase switch is connected to a corresponding charging pile through a terminal junction box, and a control module collects an electrical index value of a corresponding loop for load management, safety management, metering management and the like. The number of the coverable charging parking spaces can be increased, and the construction cost is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种面向居住区的有序共享充电系统及方法,所述系统包括上级电源、充电计量表、控制箱、末端接线盒和充电桩,上级电源为小区物业内部配电设备或公用变压器低压分支箱;通过上级电源接入多路充电计量表,每一路充电计量表均作为上级电源用户的子计量点;每一充电计量表连接控制箱,所述控制箱内并列安装多路控制模块,每一控制模块下连接一路三相开关或者三路单相开关,开关的分合闸状态由控制模块控制,控制箱分布式安装在车库各位置;每一路单相或者三相开关通过末端接线盒连接至对应的充电桩,并由控制模块采集对应回路的电气指标值,用于负荷管理、安全管理和计量管理等。本发明能够提升可覆盖充电车位数量,降低建设成本。
