The invention relates to a positioning device for a movable rail and a fixed rail, a rail butt joint mechanism and a butt joint method. The movable rail positioning device is arranged on the movable rail and used for moving along with the movable rail in the length direction perpendicular to the fixed rail when the movable rail is driven by the movable rail moving device, and the movable rail positioning device comprises a movable rail positioning assembly and a positioning piece. The movable rail positioning assembly is arranged on the movable rail and used for moving along with the movable rail. And the positioning piece is arranged on the movable rail positioning assembly and used for being connected with a limiting piece of a fixed rail positioning device arranged on the fixed rail in a clamped mode when the movable rail moves to the preset position, so that the movable rail and the fixed rail are in butt joint. The positions of the positioning piece and the limiting piece on the movable rail and the fixed rail are preset, so that when the positioning piece and the limiting piece are clamped, the movable rail and the fixed rail can be in butt joint, and no height difference exists. The butt joint between the movable rail and the fixed rail is subjected to mechanical external force calibration, and detection errors caused by butt joint depending on an electronic instrument are avoided.

    本发明涉及一种活动轨和固定轨的定位装置、轨道对接机构与对接方法。活动轨定位装置设置于活动轨上,用于活动轨被活动轨移动装置驱动时,跟随活动轨沿垂直于固定轨的长度方向运动,活动轨定位装置包括活动轨定位组件与定位件。活动轨定位组件,设置于活动轨上,用于跟随活动轨运动。定位件,设置于活动轨定位组件上,用于活动轨运动至预设位时,可与设置于固定轨的固定轨定位装置的限位件相卡接,使活动轨和固定轨对接。通过预先设置定位件与限位件在活动轨与固定轨上的位置,使得定位件与限位件卡接时活动轨与固定轨能完成对接且不存在高度差。使得活动轨与固定轨之间的对接获得了机械式的外力校准,避免了依靠电子仪器对接的检测误差。
