The invention provides an operation method of an automatic wharf corresponding to an external towing and rail-mounted gantry crane interaction area, which comprises the following steps: after an external towing enters the interaction area, a TOS system prompts the external towing to enter a target position of the interaction area through a mobile communication device or a broadcaster; the camera device shoots the positioning stand columns and the outer tow of the corresponding lane, the video processing server identifies and analyzes the positioning stand columns and the outer tow to obtain the real-time accurate position and speed of the outer tow, and the real-time accurate position and speed of the outer tow are transmitted to the TOS system; the TOS system transmits the real-time accurate position of the external drag to the BMS system, and informs the BMS system of information that the external drag has working conditions; and the BMS system controls the specified rail-mounted gantry crane to cooperate with the outer drag under the rail-mounted gantry crane to perform collaborative operation. The invention further provides an operation system which comprises a TOS system, a BMS system, a rail crane, an outer support, a mobile communication device, a camera device, a video processing server and a positioning stand column. According to the invention, the operation efficiency in the external dragging and rail-mounted gantry crane interaction area of the automatic wharf is improved.

    本发明提出自动化码头的对应外拖与轨道吊交互区的作业方法,包括:外拖进入交互区后,TOS系统通过移动通信装置或一播音器提示外拖进入交互区的目标位置;摄像头装置对对应车道的定位立柱和外拖进行拍摄,视频处理服务器通过对定位立柱和外拖进行识别分析从而获得外拖实时精确位置及速度,将外拖实时精确位置及速度传送至TOS系统;TOS系统将外拖实时精确位置传送给BMS系统,并将外拖已具备作业条件的信息通知BMS系统;BMS系统控制指定的轨道吊配合轨道吊下的外拖进行协同作业。本发明又提出作业系统,包括:TOS系统、BMS系统、轨道吊、外拖、移动通信装置、摄像装置、视频处理服务器和定位立柱;本发明提高了自动化码头的外拖与轨道吊交互区内的作业效率。
