The hydraulic steering mechanism for the engineering machinery comprises an oil cylinder body, a first oil inlet and a first oil outlet are formed in the front side and the rear side of the oil cylinder body; one end of the pressure relief pipe is connected with the first oil outlet; according to the oil cylinder, when oil transportation to the left cavity of the oil cylinder body is suddenly stopped, the piston is possibly pushed forwards due to inertia, impact force is generated on the right cavity, oil enters the buffer cavity through the pressure relief pipe and rushes to the buffer air bag, and therefore the oil is prevented from entering the buffer air bag; gas in the buffer air bag enters the buffer air bag to push the buffer plate to get close, reduce the contact distance with oil and change impact force, the larger the impact force is, the longer the extension of the telescopic end of the damping rod is, the larger the buffer force is, and the better the effect is, the buffer air bag plays a first-step buffer and reduces the initial impact force of oil flow, and when the oil impacts the buffer plate, the damping rod and the reset spring play a second-layer buffer. Impact is reduced again, system pressure is stabilized, pressure fluctuation is relieved, and adverse effects on the oil cylinder body are avoided.
本发明公开了工程机械用液压转向机构,油缸缸体,前后两侧具有第一进油口和第一出油口;泄压管,一端与第一出油口相连接;缓冲壳体,内部具有缓冲腔,其上设置有与缓冲腔相连通的第二进油口和第二出油口,本发明中,对油缸缸体左腔室输油突然停止时,活塞可能因惯性向前推动,对右腔室产生冲击力,使油经泄压管进入缓冲腔冲向缓冲气囊,缓冲气囊内部气体进入缓冲气囊推动缓冲板靠近,减小与油接触间距,改变冲击力,冲击力越大,阻尼杆伸缩端延伸越长,缓冲力度越大、效果越好,缓冲气囊起第一步缓冲,降低油流初始冲击力,油冲击缓冲板时,阻尼杆与复位弹簧起第二层缓冲,再次减少冲击,稳定系统压力,缓解压力波动,避免对油缸缸体造成不良影响。
