The steering hydraulic system comprises a cushion valve, a hydraulic control system and a hydraulic control system, wherein the cushion valve is used for unloading pressure impact in a steering loop during steering; a diverter valve for reducing pressure loss in the working circuit; an outlet A of the conversion valve is connected with an inlet of the steering gear, an oil port LS1 of the conversion valve is connected with an inlet of the first one-way valve and one end of the first damper, the other end of the first damper is connected with an oil port LS of the steering gear, and an oil port LS2 of the conversion valve is connected with an outlet of the first one-way valve, the hydraulic pump and an oil port LS of the multi-way valve. An oil port L of the steering gear is connected with an oil port A of the cushion valve and a rod cavity of the left steering oil cylinder; an oil port R of the steering gear is connected with an oil port B of the cushion valve and a rod cavity of the right steering oil cylinder; an oil port a of the buffer valve is connected with an oil port T of the steering gear and an inlet of the flow valve through a one-way damper; an oil port b of the cushion valve is connected with a hydraulic oil tank. Pressure impact in the rapid steering process can be unloaded, and pressure loss in a working loop can be reduced.
本发明公开一种转向液压系统及工程机械,转向液压系统包括:用于在转向时卸荷转向回路中压力冲击的缓冲阀;用于降低工作回路中压力损失的转向阀;转向阀的出口A连接转向器的进口,转向阀的油口LS1连接单向阀一的进口、阻尼一的一端,阻尼一的另一端连接转向器的油口LS,转向阀的油口LS2连接单向阀一的出口、液压泵及多路阀的油口LS;转向器的油口L连接缓冲阀的油口A、左转向油缸的有杆腔;转向器的油口R连接缓冲阀的油口B、右转向油缸的有杆腔;缓冲阀的油口a通过单向阻尼连接转向器的油口T、流量阀的进口;缓冲阀的油口b连接液压油箱。本发明既能卸荷快速转向过程中的压力冲击,又能减小工作回路中的压力损失。
