The invention relates to a porous carbon material, a preparation method thereof, a silicon-carbon composite negative electrode material and application. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dispersing an organic matter precursor in a solvent, then mixing with an alkali source and a cross-linking agent, and drying to obtain a pretreated product; and (2) activating and carbonizing the pretreated product to obtain the porous carbon material. In the preparation method provided by the invention, through pretreatment and subsequent activation and carbonization, on one hand, the content of oxygen in the product can be regulated and controlled, and on the other hand, the state of oxygen in surface functional groups of the product can be regulated, so that monatomic silicon can be uniformly dispersed in the surface of the porous carbon material in the deposition process of the monatomic silicon on the surface of the porous carbon material. A large number of uniform deposition layers can be formed; and the generation of silicon oxide and silicon carbide can be effectively controlled, so that the first coulombic efficiency, capacity and cycle performance stability of the formed silicon-carbon composite negative electrode material can be improved.
本公开涉及一种多孔炭材料及其制备方法、硅炭复合负极材料和应用。所述制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)将有机物前驱体分散在溶剂中,然后与碱源和交联剂混合、干燥,得到预处理产物;(2)预处理产物进行活化和炭化,得到所述多孔炭材料。在本公开提供的制备方法中,通过预处理以及后续的活化和炭化,一方面能够调控产物中的氧的含量,另一方面还可以调整产物具有的表面官能团中氧的状态,进而能够使单质硅在多孔炭材料表面沉积的过程中,能够形成大量的均匀的沉积层;并且能够有效控制硅氧化物和碳化硅的产生,进而能够提升所形成的硅炭复合负极材料具有首次库伦效率、容量、循环性能稳定性。
